About us
Allow us to introduce ourselves! We are a small family: Thomas, Valesca and Adélina. Originally from Germany, we moved to Pont-Saint-Esprit in the spring of 2019. For several years now, we had been dreaming of running a holiday accommodation business in the South of France, specialising in families with children. Having found this little corner of paradise, we’ve been able to make our dream come true!
Our five holiday apartments will provide you with accommodation during the best time of the year: the holidays! With a large outdoor area featuring a playground, a sandpit, a playhouse, bikes with or without pedals, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs, there’s plenty to keep the children entertained. We invite them to join us in collecting eggs from our hens, picking seasonal fruit from our fruit trees, or feeding our guinea pigs and rabbits. Parents are welcome to join us, or relax in the hammocks in the shade or on the sun loungers in the sun.
Our secure swimming pool, fitted with a brand-new barrier that complies with French standards, invites you to cool off on summer days. Spend your afternoons having a game of pétanque at the boulodrome or enjoy convivial evenings under the covered courtyard, accompanied by a delicious barbecue. Make the most of the wine-growing region by going on a wine-tasting tour or sampling the various flavours of the South, such as lavender, honey, tapenade and pastis.
Holidays are an important time of year for children and parents alike. Children get a break from school and, at the same time, learn lots of new things. They get to know other children and encounter animals they don’t necessarily see in their everyday lives. They often take away unforgettable memories from their holidays. Parents, for their part, are looking for a rest and want to recharge their batteries. From our own experience, we know just how difficult it can sometimes be to balance these two desires. That’s why we want to help you achieve this! Happy children mean relaxed parents! During the holidays, there are certain essentials – especially when you have young children – that we need every day. To ensure you can enjoy a relaxed start to your holiday straight from home, and so you don’t have to bring everything with you, we provide cots, high chairs, baby baths and more free of charge. Please don’t hesitate to ask us if there’s anything you need!
There are also plenty of tourist and sporting attractions in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to tailor your stay to suit your preferences and interests. Pony rides, walks with donkeys, canoeing, mountain biking, hiking, the local market, the Verdon Regional Nature Park, the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont du Gard, Aiguèze, Nîmes, Montpellier, Orange, Le Vieux Mas de Beaucaire, the Grottes des Demoiselles (and others), a treetop adventure park, La Ferme aux Crocodiles, a variety of museums, and much more besides! Take a trip to the Mediterranean coast, just an hour’s drive away, and enjoy some mussels or fresh fish. There’s a whole range of options to choose from!
